I saw the Cliftons recommended (in an online podiatrist article) for foot pain related to metatarsal issues like Mortons Neuroma, so I purchased a pair. They are the most comfortable shoe I have tried to date for my foot issues (which turned out to not be a Neuroma, but metatarsal bursitis). The fit was perfect, the sole and side support feels just right (I tried another brand from a so-called “Ortho” company that had absolutely no side support and my feet kept sliding from side to side on uneven ground—very bad for balance!). I love everything about the Clifton, and besides for great fit and support and comfort, they look great, too! I’ve never experienced anything like these shoes before. It literally feels like walking on a cloud. It’s a bit of a "weird" sensation at first because they are so cushioned, but it’s definitely not a bad weird. The Quality of the support is amazing, and they are incredibly lightweight.
