I have these in a different color but needed some black ones for work… man, my feet appreciate them! I used to wake up in the morning after standing/walking for 9+ hours at work the day before, and would brace myself for those first steps when getting out of bed. So painful. Invested in some Bondi 9 Hokas and my feet do not hurt at all the night of or morning after my long shifts at work. My feet feel supported, like I’m walking on a cloud, and the room in the toe box is perfect. My toes can freely move, even after a long day when feet tend to be slightly swollen, I still feel like I am supported, but never cramped. Worth every penny! ... show more

The main reason I bought these Hokas was due to the fact they have more cushioning than other runners. I will say that I was hoping for a similar experience to my Teva Flatform sandals, but they aren’t quite as comfortable/cushioned as Teva sandals, having said that, they are still comfortable enough that I like them and will keep them. No breaking in necessary. These are my second pair of Hoka runners, and they are well used and enjoyed. Definitely pricey but for comfort and ability to be on your feet longer, they are worth it. True to size fit. I have severe plantar fasciitis pain and these are a life saver. Great arch support and plush cushioning. This is my second pair and I highly recommend them.

Wow! By far the most comfortable shoes I have we ever had! I have Achilles tendonitis and a bad knee so since a I walk 5 miles minimum daily good cushioned shoes are a must. Theee are like walking on air! Walked 5 miles today and the difference between Hoka and my old Ascis is incredible. No pain or fatigue like I normally feel after 5 miles. Amazing! Highly recommend these! They are expensive but well worth every penny! ... show more

I want to love these but I feel they are almost too bouncy, like walking on a trampoline. I feel they don’t offer enough stability for that. Also feel like my feet are rolling outward in them. That said, I’ll keep them, because I like the cushioning which helps my knees and back. But I wonder about long-term effects. Not sure yet if I would purchase again. ... show more
