I was hesitant to spend the money but these are amazing. With walking 15,000+ steps a day, my ankles were killing me. I bought these during Amazon prime day and haven’t had pain since (I also have arch supports in there- the half size looking ones). I didn’t have to size up.     • Broke after one year, terrible warranty policy

My wife loved these sneakers, but after a year of moderate use, they broke. A piece of the plastic frame inside the sneaker, started poking through the interior, causing her discomfort and rendering them unwearable . Unfortunately, they warranty only covers one year, and does not cover any sneaker NOT purchased directly from their website. What a shame. I heard so many good things about these shoes and I was excited to try them. My arches are slightly high and uneven and I do have orthotic inserts. I can’t wear conventional gym shoes like Nike, NB, Reebok, etc. Brooks is really the only brand that I can wear.
