I’m returning the shoes I purchased for my wife…I have a couple of pair myself. They didn’t fit well. They are charging a 15% restocking fee-even if your a Prime Member…that soooo out of line!!! We (and our friends) will never buy Hoka shoes again!!!!!!!!!!!

    • Not good for triathletes :(
If you are doing triathlon, the new carbon x3 does not have a tongue. Therefore you cannot put lock laces in the shoes because the round laces will chafe your upper feet. This new feature really SLOWS down your T2 transition due to having to tie your laces. I am so sad for this new design, as HOKA has built it’s reputation with the sport and now this shoe doesn’t support it. ... show more
