    • They pinch the sides of my heels and on the sides of my feet

I bought these per many recommendations from other nurses and doctors. Sadly these hurt my feet. Granted I didn't give them time to break in, because I was immediately met with a pinching/stabbing sensation on the sides of my lower heels and would not last more than a few minutes in these shows so I returned them. Perhaps a wide version would suit me better, but I have never worn wide shoes before, so I'm not sure that would have helped. ... show more

Do not put in the washing machine or dryer. This was my big mistake. Has the bottom parts had to be glued back on and they were brand new but the white gets dirty quickly. Now I just hand wash.
