These shoes are light weight and comfortable. Great arch support. My first pair but won’t be my last. I bought for the reviews around knee pain and how they help. Hope so! Also the sizing is true. They fit perfectly.

This is my second pair of this particular athletic shoe. Wore out the other pair walking our dog for 2-4 mile clips at least five times a week. Very comfortable and provides the right type of support for those dog walks. I even used it to do some HIIT sprints and the shoes held up really well. After refusing to buy Hoka, simply because everyone else seems to have them, I got these. They are awesome. I haven’t worn sneakers in years. These are like wearing slippers. I walk daily and they don’t disappoint.

I bought these shoes as they have a very high rating. I walk frequently and the shoes I have worn for years were discontinued by the manufacturer, so I bought these and a pair from another company. The shoes are lightweight, and yet provide a lot of support, and are well cushioned. I have only worn them for about 12 walks so far, but they are holding up well. Based on the reviews I have read, I expect to wear them a long time. The reason I rated them at 4-stars instead of 5, is overall comfort. Can’t figure out why, but the left shoe rubs my outside ankle while walking. It doesn’t leave a blister, but it is annoying. I have no issues with the right shoe/foot. These shoes were about $40 more than the other ones I bought ( Merrell’s). I’ll evaluate both to see if the extra money is worth it. ... show more

    • Hoka doesn't honor their warranties

I bought these shoes for my son in May 2024. He used them for work since he is on his feet all day. He loved them, but this month, October 2024, they developed a clean rip on the right side of the right shoe where the material separated from the sole. I started a warranty claim with Hoka and sent the shoes back to them. I tried to follow up with them, but they couldn't track it with their return number. They need the UPS tracking number of my shipment, which I had misplaced. Low and behold, I got the shoes sent back to me by Hoka. They said they couldn't honor the warranty because it had expired. It's a 1-year warranty. I called support and they still couldn't track using their own number. They wanted the original UPS tracking number. When I finally got support to understand that Hoka sent the shoes back, they said no one can oppose the warranty department, not even a supervisor. I asked for a supervisor and all I got was, "We will take your info and someone will get back to you in 24 hours." They don't want to let you talk to anyone nor will they give you any kind of tracking number for support cases. These shoes are expensive for such poor, disorganized customer service.
