This is my first pair of Hoka running shoes. I don't run, but I walk several miles every day. I wear size 11.5 and these felt exactly to size and were immediately comfortable when I tried them on. I've been walking at least 6-7 miles a day for the past week since I got them and so far I'm very pleased. The only thing I'd prefer is a slip-on bungee lace style, sort of line ON trainers.

My experience with these shoes are a little unique. I have issues with my feet that make them swollen, and painful to walk on. I was recommended these shoes by my Chiropractor, and my friends who has similar problems. Unfortunately with how the shoe is made, I can not use them because they cut circulation to my toes which is never good. So While I would say that I am an outlier who cant use these shoes. It doesnt change the fact that they have helped alot of friends that I know with their feet problems.
