Looks as good in person as in the store picture. Feels good so far. Bondi 8 is supposedly healthier for people who work walking excessively on concrete. So I am hoping that this combined with using my foot roller massager, will help to ease my chronic foot pain. Remind me in a month and I will do a month in update. Edit: after a few days I came to realize they are definitely too tight in the toes for me. Not their fault, guess I just need to buy wide toed shoes. But now I'm too much in the hole to buy a different pair. ... show more

I've always worn Nike, but since I'm a bit overweight right now and my joints were hurting, I decided to give these a try, best decision ever! I'm also getting the Bondi 9. You can run without feeling any pain afterward.

The shoes were decent and fairly comfortable, but for the price, they weren’t worth it. They made slight noises, and one shoe felt a bit smaller, which was disappointing. I tried to return them, but the refund process takes three months. While they might become more comfortable over time, I’ve had cheaper shoes that were much better overall. ... show more

    • Shoe lace broke within two weeks of purchase

The fit is great, the shoes are super comfortable and supportive, but for the price, a shoelace should not break in less than two weeks. These shoes were used indoors - no adverse conditions that would affect the integrity of the laces, but now they are useless.

    • I don't understand the hype of HOKAs, my feet still hurt.

So these delivered Monday. I have worn them for a week. The first couple days were tough. I thought okay… maybe I just have to break them in. But no, after the second day the outer area of my pinky toes, the upper soles, and edges of my heel were starting to blister. I usually wear an 11.5W. I ordered a 12 and despite the toe box still having wiggle room, the job I have has me on my feet all day and I felt friction against my feet very quickly in comparison to my Huaraches. The cushioned soles on these HOKAs were too bouncy/noisy and yet, not shock resistant? Day 3, I started taking pain reliever and that seemed to help temporarily for the remaining days I worked. But my feet are still raw/sore. I honestly don't think that ordering a 12.5 or 12W would have helped because my soles could still feel the concrete flooring… even with standing on mats. I was considering keeping them and just ordering insoles but the top portion of the shoe is not forgiving to swollen feet. My feet would be too tight in them with inserts. I suppose the pro about these that I noticed is that they are sweat resistant maybe. I've worn them a week and they still smell new. Someone recommended these to me but I don't get it. ... show more
