This is the second or third pair of these shoes I've ordered and they are fantastic. The sole is quite thick, but they are surprisingly light still. They fit well with a little breaking in, my heel slides a little at first until getting them tightened right and worn in after a couple of weeks. They are breathable so my feet don't get hot and at first it takes a little getting used to for how they are soft when you step but then have a little spring to them. These are by far the most comfortable running shoes I’ve owned. The cushioning is excellent and provides great support for long walks, standing all day, or everyday wear. I have to have extra wide shoes. One of the few shoes brands that are really extra wide when label as such. If you have to have true extra wide shoes, I recommend this one. I have bought multiple pairs over time. I wear mine pretty much everyday. The durability is less than what I would like for the price. Bought this as a comfortable shoe that I can wear for normal day to day use and a shoe that I can use for running if I ever get back into it. This shoe is so comfortable that it is well worth the money even if I don't ever get back to running. The only gripe I have is the show was obviously not completely new when I bought it. It had a pale yellow spot on the side of one and a light film of dirt on the entire bottom of the sole. These shoes had definitely been around the block a time or two. I get it. The company gets returns, the product is still good so you repackage it and sell it again. I'm fine with that, but at least make it look like it's never been worn. I could make the show look like new, and did so with the yellow spot on the side and I'm not even in the shoe business. I would expect the company to be well equipped to handle these issues. As for the sole I didn't bother making it look like new but I'm not trying to sell it to somebody as a new pair of shoes. Going forward I would strongly consider buying from the company again but next time they better be on their game. My wife has six pairs of Hoka's, so that piqued my curiosity, and I decided to get my own pair, especially since my new job has me walking around 20,000 steps a night! When I first slipped them on, they were INCREDIBLE! No tight spots, no pinching, and they felt like I could wear them all day!! I work them to work last night and 26,175 steps later, they still felt amazing!!! As my late mother used to say "you get what you pay for", and that is certainly true in this case. ... show more

Excellent product. Fits true to size after wearing a couple times but will feel tight on first fitting. Feels light. Double the heel padding of Nike, New Balance, and Adias is just what I needed.
