This Helmet runs a full size tight - Please Order One size up from the sizing chart suggestion. If you normally wear a Medium in your current helmet, order a Large in this model. Remember, the manufacturer's sizing chart will recommend a tight fit. Plus this helmet runs a full size small. Use the chart as a reference and order at least a full size up. Decent helmet, rather heavy. To pair the Bluetooth, search YouTube, as the manufacturer's instructions are lacking. Once you do finally pair it, audio quality is that of an old transistor radio, very tinny, no base. I've read other reviews stating this is a quiet helmet, but my experience is that it's not any quieter than average. One thing I find annoying/cumbersome is the microphone boom, when you put the face shield up, then back down, it hits the mic and bends it down under the face shield, and it takes your other hand to hold it out of the way/adjust it. The tinted sun visor likes to move up and down, as well, doesn't stay locked in position. I didn't use the helmet much right after buying it, if I had, I would have returned it. ... show more

Exceptional value Very comfortable helmet.. I ordered once size bigger then the chart indicated and it fits perfectly. I am hard of hearing, but at 70 mph I could hear music very clearly with good quality sound... I actually had to turn the volume down.. I made a few phone calls and each time the person on the other end of the call said it was clear sounding with no wind noise or sounding like I was talking into a tin can... yes I did pull over to initiate the calls....( I need to reread the instruction manual)....but you can answer a call by pushing one big button. Granted I just got it and this was my first day with it so I will update... but so far it has exceeded my expectations... one more thing it arrived fast and well packaged...... Update 1000 miles later... still love it able to listen to music on trip .. use voice commands to make a phone call if I desire... I’m sure there are better ones.. but not at this price.. Update one year 4500 miles later,. It’s good helmet.. lining is getting a little worn.. After a few cleanings.. Bluetooth still works good and the sound is still okay.. probably will upgrade next year.. .. ... show more
