My embroidery kept puckering after being washed. I cut a 15 inch by 15 inch piece of the stabilizer. washed and dried it shrunk to 14 x 14 square. Great item only if you prewash it before use.

My embroidery machine acts up if the stabilizer is too thin. This is even thinner than one I have that it hates. Rather than cut my purchase in half by using double thickness, I’m returning it. I assumed that 1.8 would be thicker than 1.5. Guess not!

This is a good weight stabilizer for embroidering on white tee shirts and other garments. It is convenient to have the 12 inch size and I just trim to fit my hoops. It performs well as expected and is a good value.
