I make small circuits on open circuit boards - and these small pots are perfect for that. They are relatively accurate; smooth turning; and small enough to minimize board footprint !! Also very inexpensive

I had seen som comments which complained about the actuator length of 15mm. I think this is being confused with shaft length. Actuator length is the distance traveled when turning the actuator. With testing, the actuator moves 298 degrees. The actuator or shaft diameter is 6mm. The distance the actuator travels is indeed 15mm. The shaft length is also 15mm with 7.5mm from the middle to the top and the middle to the bottom. This gives 7.5mm for the nut to tighten to a given frame (less the thickness of the frame) and 7.5mm to attach a dial. The resistance is also as stated. This is as solid as any potentiometer I have used over the years. Hope this helps. ... show more

Good thing they were inexpensive. About half of them were open and would not register any resistance at all. The others were all intermittent. I needed 2 in a pinch and they got me through that. When I finished up my project I threw them all in the trash. I was done messing with them to the point of not wanting to spend another minute of my time on them. Garbage all the way! ... show more
