I installed this exhaust on my 1985 Honda atc 125m "outlaw fo life". Anyways I had to cut the exhaust flange and shorten it a half inch or so then make a couple of bends in the header to fit. Doesn't contact the fenders and mounted tight. Sounds good and deep and seems to have opened the engine up so it could breathe. Overall awesome bang for your buck ... show more

Installed on a xr50. Had to bend it just a touch to get everything to line up. Definitely flows way better than stock! The bike was jetted too rich before the exhaust and this put me pretty close to where it needs to be. Nice deep throaty sound too. Honestly it sounds like a lot bigger bike when you hear it coming. For the price you really can't go wrong ... show more

This is a great buy for the money, I recently bought a crf50 with a blown engine, I put in a piranha 125 engine in it and ordered this big bore exhaust to match, the packaging wasnt the greatest but it looks pretty good and seems to be decent quality, bolted right up, fitment was good and it sounds very deep and throaty, sounds like crf450 lol for a $40 full exhaust system you really can't beat this, I definitely recommend! ... show more

If you are looking for a budget exhaust system for your Honda Mini Trail bike this is it. It will not work right out of the box, but that should be expected. You will need a way to cut the pipe and the heat shield. I used a standard pipe cutter you can buy at any big box home improvement store and a angle grinder. Before you cut the pipe, you will need to heat the the pipe with a torch and bed the pipe slightly down so the muffler does not end up touching the seat. For my application I removed the heat shield and cut the pipe several inches past the last heat shield nut. I also used the pipe cutter to trim the exhaust muffler flange by about a half inch. As others have mentioned you will need a M6 set screw that is not included to mount the muffler on the pipe. Then use the angle grinder to trim the heat shield to fit. With about 60 minutes of work you will have a great muffler on your mini bike. Don't forget that you will still need a exhaust ring that you can also buy on Amazon. ... show more

Put this on an older china quad, I had to heat it with a torch and tweak it in 2 places. I knew going into this that I'd have to modify it for my application as the quad I have has been discontinued for nearly 10years. The construction seems good, the chrome plating is better than average for a china part, and the welds a nice and not gloopy. My only gripe could be that I wish the muffler had been 2-3 inches longer. Overall it was $40 well spent ... show more

Easy install, sounds good but leaks around the rivets pretty bad. Will need to drill them out, open it up and seal it. Rear plastic also hits the pipe and melts a bit. Going to wrap the pipe and see if that fixes it.

    • I ordered the wrong one
I ordered this exhaust. I went by the picture and my memory. I do not have a photographic memory so I failed there. I tore off old muffler, then ground the old welds off until there was a snug fit. The exhaust package was missing the bolt to hold the muffler to the exhaust pipe, I do not have a assortment of bolts just laying around, that is why I ground weld down to a snug fit. It looks nice. The muffler I was able to use. It sounds good for the setup I performed. I didn’t want to wait for shipping and return shipping and more shipping. I just manufactured a working exhaust with the parts I had. Thanks ... show more
