Customer service: The clamp on the original paddle that came with the purchase broke under force. However, when I asked the company what they could do about this they promptly ordered another paddle from Amazon for me with 2-day shipping. Amazing! The paddleboard: + The EVA foam is more comfortable than other paddleboards I've used + The long length makes this board super stable, I've had another person on this w/me no problem + The design is well printed and bright, definitely stands out in a nice way from others on the water! + The accessories that come with seem pretty good quality and I don't see a need to replace anything - It takes forever to pump to 14/16psi and makes for a firm ride (a little too firm tbh).. I would recommend closer to 11psi if alone to make it a bit more comfy ... show more

This is a very good product. Transporting and storing the paddle board is a breeze. The carrying bag is spacious enough to fit the deflated board, pump, paddles, and the other accessories, and you can carry it like a backpack and is comfortable to carry. The board size is perfect for two people and/or a pet, and an average size cooler, I have one of those bag coolers and is just perfect. It is quite stable. There are a couple of rings on the board so you can hook stuff like a speaker. Has the go-pro mount also on front. Make sure you inflate it to the mark in the pump of the guy standing, because it does make a difference.. And since it is quite stable it is very very easy to climb back up. This is the second I get, girlfriend tried it and loved it, she no longer wants to be a passenger on mine. And she loved the design. A recommendation: I let it dry completely, specially the cable straps before storing it. ... show more

First off, I already own 2 of this company’s boards. So I know they are good. This thing is awesome! I love the extra wide deck, and the bungee cords on the front and the back. It comes with tons of accessories, dry bag, carry pack, dry tube with some patches, ankle lanyard, pump, paddle etc. And the center strap opens up so you can strap your paddle to the board. The deck also has a cool NSEW logo. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be buying more from this company. Also their customer service has been great! ... show more

I love this paddle board! It was packaged carefully and delivered without any damage. It is high quality and looks even better in person than in the photos. I wanted a board that could hold two people and has bungees in front and rear. This board has those features and so many more! It is wide and stable. The media could not be loaded. At the price point of being under $300, along the the drop stitching construction, is what really sold me on taking a chance on this SUP. PROS: Drop stitching construction Wide platform Carry/pull handle on front end Shoulder strap for easy transport Safety clip for all 3 fins ADDITIONAL PROS: Waterproof phone pouch (with sealed air inside for floating, if accidentally falls in the water) Dry bag Strong backpack to carry everything CONS: No seat included, (but D-rings are on SUP to clip on your own seat) Paddle is not convertible for paddling when using as a Sit-On-Top kayak. (all that is needed is one additional paddle extension) No footrest for use when kayaking. (see my video and photos for reference) Difficulty inserting my air pump adapter. (my first SUP works great with the adapter) I am 64 years old and 5'2", so ease of setup is important to me. I don't need the additional workout of using the included air pump, so I have an electric pump that also can be plugged into my cars auxiliary power outlet. For someone younger and/or more athletic, more power to you if you choose to manually inflate. But not this gal! This SUP inflated in less than 10 minutes with my electric air pump. I failed to include the manual pump in my photos. Freudian slip?? I like the additional handle on the nose end for launching or extraction. I miss not having the footrest. My first time on the water, I didn't do any hard paddling. This is for 2 reasons, 1) no footrest, 2) first time out for this year and didn't want to be super sore the next day. Having a seat included would be really nice! But I ordered a separate seat, so all is good for me. As for the paddle/oar, this is only designed for stand-up paddle boarding. I assume this is the reason for no seat. I have yet to have the nerve to try standing, or kneeling, even with my other SUP. All that's needed is to have a paddle extension. My other SUP's paddle/oar is convertible for both uses. It's identical in design, except for the additional paddle. I really like the shoulder strap! Being short also means your arm reach isn't as long. Even though there is the center handle to use with carrying, my arm reach, height, and short torso makes it difficult to carry in this fashion. So having the shoulder strap is a life saver! I enjoyed my first time out and now company can join me on our small lake, or another nearby large lake. I recommend this SUP, but if the seat, paddle extension and footrest were included, this would be a "highly" recommend! ... show more

I received and selected the board shown on the page: light blue and orange. Pros =3 fins vs. one fin =includes a dry pack ($5 item) =Love the backpack colors, I wish the board colors matched the backpack. =includes phone case (about $5 item) =like how the backpack Cons =no spot for optional kayak seat (as far as I can tell) =still crazy heavy in my opinion (but common among all). 29 pounds for everything. =Too much writing and branding on the item. It's like they want you to be a walking advertisement. There's no reason for the brand or size to be on there. Very common in paddleboards. =Pumping this stuff up is quite a chore. They do now sell paddleboard pumps, search for them and fill them up via your car. =Fins are always pretty fragile and you might need a replacement which they seem to sell if you break them. Search for "paddleboard fin replacement" =Paddle board pumps are pretty fragile and unreliable ... show more
