The media could not be loaded. I just finished up sink installation in our new addition, and wanted a glass rinser for rinsing glasses between tap pours, and for cleaning glasses. This was super easy to install - if your sink already has holes or knock-outs for a soap dispenser, you can use one of these. My sink didn't, so I drilled a pilot hole where I wanted the rinser, and then used a 7/8" drill bit to drill the final hole through the stainless. It helps to use a block of wood or painters tape to protect the surrounding surface. Your installation experience may vary based on the material you're drilling through - marble or quartz may require a professional or masonry drill bits. Once the hole was through, it only took a few minutes to hook up the rinser. It comes with a 3/8" T fitting (standard size for most sinks) but since I was doing a new installation, I elected to use a dual outlet PEX valve. The supplied feed line is a decent length - my sink was slightly offset from the water feeds, and there was still plenty of length to connect it on the far side of a 33" wide sink. The function of the rinser is great, so far. It does a great job of hitting most areas of a pint glass, and drains into the sink well. Since our sink is in a bar area, it will get a lot of use. I will update my post if there's any issues in the future, but out of the box I'm impressed and now considering adding another one to my kitchen sink!

Install was quick, granted I had a bit of user error at first lol. I connected mine to the hot water which honestly doesn't matter nor changes things, if anything it steams and rinses out your glasses. Very happy with the purchase. Solid buy still, what a time and life saver lol

I have to admit, I was fairly frustrated to find that this was not exactly as pictured on the listing. Most of the pictures in the listing show the cup sitting flush with the countertop. There were no pictures of the profile or underside of the unit. This is not the case with this one as there’s a spacer on the bottom, presumably to angle the cup down to facilitate drainage. To start, it was packaged fairly well and has a significant heft to it as the spray cup is metal. The instructions were fair, however I didn’t need to look at them. Installation is pretty basic. I also appreciated that it came with a diverter and braided hose. When I saw the spacer, I was tempted to return the unit, But instead decided to install it and see what I thought. I was (and still am) concerned that I’ll have to clean underneath the cup occasionally for any debris that gets underneath. The seller states that the spacer cannot be removed, however I think with a little elbow grease and putty knife, I could probably get it off. I don’t believe it is mechanically connected. Probably just applied with some kind of adhesive. In fact if you look at the second picture, you’ll notice the metal cup and stem are connected at a right angle. This means when you install it, the spacer will force the stem to come out underneath the counter at a slight angle (3rd picture). I’m not concerned about it, but it’s something to be aware of. I might, at a later date, try to remove the spacer and will try to update my review if I do. I will also note that there is an O-ring at the bottom of the spacer to create a seal where it meets the countertop. I was able to install it in about 15 minutes, but it’s only been in use for one day so I can’t speak to longevity. One more thing I noticed is that the ‘cross’ which activates the spray does not come off for cleaning. All things considered, I’m happy with the unit, but time will tell. UPDATE 10/3/21 Less than five days after install the rinser is leaking. It appears that it doesn’t want to shut off completely most of the time. The leak ranges from a barely perceptible dribble to a tiny countertop fountain. I continue to press down on it to see if I can get the seal reset, but I can not get it to stop leaking, if even ever so slightly. I will try to take it apart, flush the line and maybe replace the washer if I can. Otherwise it will be going back. Will update later. UPDATE 10/6/21 I took the unit apart which is easy enough. Just unscrew the screw through the bottom threaded neck with a flat head screwdriver. The unit will disassemble in the three basic pieces: The inlet screw (with washer), the spray plate with spring, and the cross 'actuator' (pictures included). if you have any leaks coming through the spray holes, the problem lies in the washer on the inlet screw. In my case, the original washer had an imperfection, keeping it from sealing completely. I could have replaced the washer, but instead I just cut off the imperfection which in my case looked like a tag on the washer. This appears to have fixed my leak. Hopefully this helps someone else.

Installation was pretty smooth. Works well and has no leaks. The sizing is a little odd. The water jet is too wide for things like doctor brown baby bottles but the frame isn’t wide enough for all things. It does fit about 95% of the stuff in our house.
