I'm a server with plantar fasciitis, so good arch support is a must for me. While I typically wear Crocs for Servers (non-slip), they're simply too hot for summer/don't look right with shorts. I am a couple weeks into working with these. While the support isn't as good as my Crocs, I was happily surprised by the arch support in the insole provided compared to "normal" Hey Dudes. Overall, they're comfy and cool and work well for serving. I'm typically size 8.5 and after ordering both a 9 and an 8, I kept the 8 due to a much better fit. These have more cushion than other hey dude shoes ...which I desperately need ...and they are also good for wide width feet ...I also need. I like that they are a little dressier since I'm wearing them with dress pants but they can also be good for casual. They are really great shoes. Very slip resistant however there is little to know ankle support so your shoe will stay in place in your foot might slip out. Consider getting a different pair of insoles if your feet hurt easily.
