I've been having trouble finding comfortable, slip resistant shoes for my job as a server. I found out heydude insoles were removable, so I tried a pair, and I'm so happy I did! The insoles pop right out and can be replaced with orthotics, which is just what I was looking for. Theres plenty of wiggle room for my toes and the slip resistant tread seems to be working well. They make work bearable for much longer than my previous work shoes! Sometimes I come home and forget to change into my comfy "house" shoes. They're so comfortable and bouncy, I ended up buying another pair for running errands, a pair for my husband, and some for my son as well. I don't think they're the most attractive shoes, but they do seem to be popular lately. Personally, they remind me of my great grandmother's shoes, but that's how style goes, I guess. As soon as I saw that Hey Dudes now offered a non slip shoe for restaurants I ran to Amazon to purchase them ! They do not disappoint. They are lightweight like the original Hey Dudes and just as comfortable. The sizing is the same as well as the sturdy feel. I work in a restaurant as a General Manager and spend at times up to 18 hours on my feet. I have not had any issues with the the shoes being uncomfortable or making my feet hurt. This is a great work shoe for food service. There is good support for your feet. It wipes clean with little effort. I made sure my coworkers knew about this shoe. I walk an average of 20,000 steps a day at work and my feet do not hurt at the end of the day. Great value for a great price.
