I recommend some arch support inserts, but they look very professional, the squeak goes away quickly, and they’re pretty comfortable, though I work a mostly sedentary job with a few excursions. Size 11 fits my 10.5 feet pretty well, good toe box. They are not slippery at all, and they go on easily.

I'm a server with plantar fasciitis, so good arch support is a must for me. While I typically wear Crocs for Servers (non-slip), they're simply too hot for summer/don't look right with shorts. I am a couple weeks into working with these. While the support isn't as good as my Crocs, I was happily surprised by the arch support in the insole provided compared to "normal" Hey Dudes. Overall, they're comfy and cool and work well for serving. I'm typically size 8.5 and after ordering both a 9 and an 8, I kept the 8 due to a much better fit. I've been having trouble finding comfortable, slip resistant shoes for my job as a server. I found out heydude insoles were removable, so I tried a pair, and I'm so happy I did! The insoles pop right out and can be replaced with orthotics, which is just what I was looking for. Theres plenty of wiggle room for my toes and the slip resistant tread seems to be working well. They make work bearable for much longer than my previous work shoes! Sometimes I come home and forget to change into my comfy "house" shoes. They're so comfortable and bouncy, I ended up buying another pair for running errands, a pair for my husband, and some for my son as well. I don't think they're the most attractive shoes, but they do seem to be popular lately. Personally, they remind me of my great grandmother's shoes, but that's how style goes, I guess. I bought these shoes back in late October of 2025, and they have held up great. It took a couple of days for my feet to adjust to the shoes, but afterwards they have become very comfortable. I have worn them every day and for everything, making them very versatile. The tread and insoles have held up really well, as I am almost always on my feet, either working in a restaurant or on a ranch. I’ve worked on my feet for 36 years, and for almost a year I came home from work in so much heel pain that I couldn’t do anything but stay off my feet. I tried expensive shoes — including $130 Brooks — and they only helped a little and didn’t last. Then I bought these Hey Dude slip‑resistant work shoes, and they’ve been a complete game changer. I’ve had them for 4 months now, and I still absolutely love them. My heel pain is either completely gone or barely noticeable depending on the day. They’re lightweight, comfortable, and they stay clean. The biggest difference is what happens after work. I would give them a 4.5 star! Very comfortable! I'm a size 6 and I got a 6W for I have wide feet. I like them though they are too big! I will return and try the 5W. Also, I didn't care for the classic black, it looked cheap so I will try the other option that they have! UPDATE: I bought a size 5 (not wide even though I have wide feet, plus to me the wide width in this brand looks like duck feet) in the black and they fit WAY better except the left shoe for some reason fits bigger than the right one still, so I will put in an insert in it ... show more
