The shoes are great. I got the multicolor ones and they are super versatile and fun. They are comfy, but should have half sizes. I am a 7 1/2. The 8s were too big and the heels flopped off. The 7s are tight but fit better. (UPDATED BELOW) The issue is that I bought multiple sizes/styles because I am in between sizes and wanted to see how different ones looked. All of the shoes I purchased were listed with Free Returns. After selecting this shoe ultimately to keep, I organized a return for the remaining shoes. Some of them returned just fine through the typical UPS drop off. Three of them, however, required return shipping fees. After reaching out to the seller, they said that if you click into the additional return policy info, it says that there are return fees associated UNLESS it is an Amazon fulfillment mistake. First of all, this COMPLETELY negates what is said when hovering over the free returns, which states: "You can return this item for any reason: no shipping charges." Second, according to their chart, I should have been charged about $7 for my return. But this doesn't even make sense, because this has nothing to do with what USPS charges for shipping. I was charged $12 instead. Obviously, this isn't a huge amount of money, but it just seemed so deceitful. The seller was difficult to work with as I questioned their policy and ended up just stopping their response in our discussion. So beware if buying to try on with the intent of returning for free because it's messy. UPDATE: When they finally processed the return, which required me reaching out to them again, they ended up refunding the shipping, but not in a way that made sense. It seems like they just chose an arbitrary amount, but it did cover the shipping. So overall, it was just really confusing and I don't understand what happened, but we consider it resolved. I just wish the communication had been easier and that it could have all been explained when we first questioned the policy, because obviously I was pretty mad. (I edited out some of the anger I originally posted, too.) So just be prepared if you plan on returning. I do love my shoes though!

This is my second pair of Hey Dudes took me a long time to find this color, and the fabric like linen I was looking for. I wear 7-1/2 and I ordered the 7. They fit good with a lot of room plenty wide enough and you can wear a light thin pair of socks or not. I think they run a little big so that's good. I know the other pair that I ordered I ordered an eight for the winter with a thick pair of socks and I think they'll be fine. But not wearing without the socks so I would say these run close to your foot size. If they're a little too wide you can just cut the string put another knot in it and that works good. My husband's had a pair for a year or so and they've held up well. Took a little while to get them because I think it was the last pair of these in a 7 I'm sure someone will have more. But they got them here quicker than what they said so I was very happy. My advice though is to look when you're ordering to make sure you not ordering the canvas ones I hate those they look cheap and wrinkly. Plus your feet can't breathe well.

I regularly wear crocs to work, but with the weather changing I needed something more practical. I have heard about Hey Dude shoes often, and decided I needed to give them a try. They fit well, I do wear socks and they fit perfectly. I would say these loafers run bigger than my average shoe. I usually wear a 7.5. I measured my foot and I ordered a 7. To tighten them I tied knots in the laces where needed. They are comfortable. I have received many compliments on the "Wendy Wool" ones, and they match pretty much everything.

These were my first purchase of Hey dudes and they are incredible. ive always struggled with back pain but these help tremendously. now warning, i am always a size 7 yet inside the box there's a size measurement thing that you would find at a shoe store to figure out your shoe size. On that I am a size 6. My size 7s do have a little bit of room at the toe. i do feel i could have sized down but just keep that in mind and i may suggest buying g your first pair of hey dudes at an in person store so you can find what size you prefer.

By far one of the most comfortable shoes I've owned. I cannot wait to purchase another. They are lightweight, easy on & off, and comfortable! They do actually have a little arch support which is nice compared to other flat type shoes. I'm not sure if I was supposed to throw them in the washer but I did because they were stained from attending an outdoor event with lots of rain and mud. As shown in the photos they washed up well with no stains.

Ok. So my best friend has been telling me about Hey Dudes for over a year now. I always wondered how she could wear them while we walked 500 miles throughout the Disney parks. I don’t know why but I finally decided to cave and bought my first pair. Let me tell you… these shoes are UNREAL! We did Animal Kingdom, Epcot AND Magic Kingdom. Three parks, three days and my feet felt like I was walking on a cloud. No aching feet, no having to soak my feet because they feel like they are going to fall off. Nothing. I kept saying I can’t believe my feet don’t hurt. I don’t know what kind of witch craft Harry Potter spell they made these with but I 10/10 recommend. I’ve already bought my second pair and have a cart full of every color.

Most comfy shoes I have worn in ages! I have really bad ankles and feet as well as back problems from severe car accidents and cannot walk for very long in any shoes, and I have spent thousands on shoes trying to find some that I can wear that I can walk in for longer amounts of time and have been unable too and have been quiet disappointed honestly. Until I tried these an have been able to walk all day on different types of surface without any pain, I definitely recommend giving these a try to anyone with feet issues or lower back issues!!
