I’ve tried everything. Inserts, exercises. stretching, specialty shoes, staying off my feet entirely and so many other things. All helped to some degree but just as I would make some progress in healing, suddenly the pain would worsen again. I work from home but I’m still very active and on my feet much of the day. I started just wearing my converse around the house to get some support and noticed a bit of an increase in pain relief that my other PF specific shoes and insoles didn’t provide. I didn’t want to wear my everyday outdoor shoes around the house all day though so I intended on grabbing a new pair of converse to wear as house shoes when I came across an article on Hey Dude shoes being more comfy like slippers. So I grabbed a pair not expecting any more support and comfort than my converse. I have been so pleasantly surprised! I’ve been wearing them about a week and have noticed a significant decrease in the pain. I’m even able to get back into more walking and exercise again wearing them. There’s not a ton of arch support but definitely more than my other sneakers. My pain seems to stay in my heel and only slightly into my arch and these have been perfect. The minute I put them on it was pure relief. In just a week I’ve noticed my pain had diminished to about half what it was. If you’ve ever had PF then you know just how painful it can be and how long it can take to heal so it’s impressive to see this much improvement. I’m still doing my plantars routine of tens machine in the morning, ibuprofen through the day, icing in the afternoon and massage gun at night but these shoes have made the biggest difference for me. They do run big. I’d say about a size bigger but I also wear thicker socks in the winter so that’s worked out fine for me. I’m usually a size 8 and I could have easily gone down to a size 7. I have a more narrow foot and am a plus size woman, if that helps. For now though they are perfect with my socks so I’ll likely just grab a size 7 for the warmer months :) Super comfortable. Possibly the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever worn. Very lightweight too. I’m genuinely impressed! 100% recommend even if you don’t have chronic foot pain.

I love the look of these rose Gold shoes with a little bit of sparkle. They are not tacky. They have just the right amount of faint glitter throughout the material that compliments the light pink shoe very well. I've tried them on at home but I have not worn them out yet. I cannot comment too much on the comfort or the support but wearing around the house they seem pretty nice. I just love the look of them and this is my second pair of hey dudes and my first pair is the style with the stretchy mesh backing and I love those so I went ahead and got a second pair. These pink ones are a different style than my first but I think they'll be great!! I Have two young boys and I run around a lot with them and I run a lot of errands so I just want an easy shoe that I can slip on but also for it to be comfortable and cute at the same time. So far I would suggest purchasing them. I will say that this particular style appears to run smaller than my first style probably because it does not have the stretchy backing. I am a size 10 in all shoes and I don't usually have a problem but I will be honest my big toe is way up in the front with not much room. If I find that they are not comfortable after wearing a few times I will comment again and I will end up returning. :) Happy walking!!!!

I love these shoes! My younger cousin has been telling me to get some, I’m a nurse and needed a comfy pair of shoes to wear for 12 hrs. This is my 2nd 12 hr shift, my feet and legs do not hurt! I usually wear a size 9.5, after reading reviews I sized down to a 9. Yesterday morning it was a little tight on my toes but the end of the night they were fine. The sparkles are a big hit with my pedi patients.. and myself.. I love the sparkles!

I didn’t believe it, but they are sooooo comfortable! I broke the side of my foot a couple of years ago and if I wear flats, sometimes I will step in just the right place to send shooting pain… but not with these!!!! I went shopping all day with these (no socks cause socks are feet traps) & no blisters, rubbing, break in time needed! They are sooooo comfortable! The width of my feet are average but I have really high arches (I could prob put a marble under the arch and walk around just fine) & these weren’t tight across the top of my foot causing my big toes to go numb (granted I don’t wear socks with shoes like this)! Im about a 7.5 & the 7’s fit great… my toes don’t hit the end of the shoe, but maybe size up if your feet are wide? Bonus: my nephew said they were popular shoes at his high school, so I had no clue they were actually fashionable!!!! I dress like a grandpa but with leggings (almost 40 female) anyway so I didn’t really care if these looked like grandpa loafers but I guess they are in style 🤣

I didn't want to love these! I've avoided Hey Dudes for so long because it seems EVERYONE has them. And I always tend to hold off on the big trends. But my fiancé bought a pair and I tried them on....and damn it, I came straight to Amazon to order a pair! Super light weight and breathable. I don't love wearing shoes without socks, but I inserted the insoles into a short flat sock and it seemed to do the trick as far as keeping away any "icky foot sweat". I'll be grabbing a few more pairs for sure!
