I could only wear my first pair of hey dudes for a few hours at a time, not comfortable beyond that, didn't really want another pair but I liked the style of these, thankfully they're pretty comfortable with the higher rise! Cute denim color too. I don't like the typical hey dude shoe laces, I like a tighter fit, these came with a pair of 24 inch laces that are the same color as the shoe, didn't like that look, so I bought a pair of 24 inch white laces, looks great! The most LIGHTWEIGHT shoe I've ever owned. Has a bouncy insole that stays comfy all day. I work a 9 hour shift at my library, I'm reaching up, bending down all day long and these shoes dont hurt, they are perfect for whoever works on their feet, up and down like me. The cute denim blue color is muted and appears neutral enough to wear with just about anything that is casual. This "Wendy" shoe is the platform version of the regular "Wendy" sold in stores and has a nice thicker platform base which I like since I'm short and I like the added height. They have a nice clean look and were cheaper on Amazon by $20 than the ones I've seen in stores recently. I wear them with thin, no-show breathable cotton socks to stay dry and cool. They run a little big, I wear a ladies size 6.5 and I purchased the size 6 and it fits great with a thin no-show sock. I recommend these shoes to anyone-men or women-who like casual style and all-day comfort!! (the no-show socks I got also from Amazon are great! These shoes are absolutely amazing. I am a plus size woman, so being on my feet for long periods of time can be tough, especially later that night or the next day. I wore these shoes to a baseball game and a concert where I stood and danced for hours and mt feet felt incredible. If you struggle with foot pain, these shoes are for you! The cushion for the heels is incredibly comfortable and are super light weight. I usually wear a 9.5 and read reviews thay said to size up, so I got a size 10. They fit great, but are a little bit loose. However my feet swell sometimes, so the extra room is perfect. These shoes are worth the money and totally live up to the hype!! ... show more

Yes these are just as wonder as all my other Dudes. I like the slight lift they give me compared to my regular Hey Dudes, the comfort is still there and I can wear these all day without discomfort.

I was hesitant to order these shoes online, however after reading the review's about sizing I ordered them. I am so glad that I did, because they are my new go to shoes, after ordering 5 more pairs. I ruined these a week ago, with bleach. I spilled some in the washer and they are now spotted light green and peach. It doesn't bother me, because of the comfort factor and that it just added more character. I waited until they were on sale, and that made them worth even more to me. They are cute, stylish and most of all low maintenance. You can put them in the washer, and sit them out to dry. They are lighter than I thought. I love these shoes because they are light, they don't make your feet smell like cheap shoes can. I wish I had bought these a long time ago now. ... show more
