These shoes are worth every penny spent. They have removable insoles making them easier to clean. A little hint: before wearing, remove the insoles, slide a pair of "no show" socks around them and put them back in place. This keeps them from getting dirty as well as smelling like feet when you wear without socks. The only thing I didn't like was that I found myself cleaning them every day because of the light color. That's my fault though. They have excellent support, are extremely durable and you can wear them with casual clothes or even dress them up a little. I didn't know about this brand of shoes until I came across them in a boutique store. I was attracted to a pink pair, tried them on and really like the feel. I decided to get a second pair in blue off Amazon. They are light, made very well and very comfortable. I like that this company creates different designs and colors, not just the boring grey and tans. I have only spot cleaned them, I'm sure you can throw them in the wash, I wouldn't put them in the dryer though as they probably will shrink a little. If you are a sandal wearer you will like these. These are PERFECT! Initially I couldn't figure out all the hype that others were saying. But, now I'm hooked! These are by far the best shoes I've ever owned. These are fashionable with most of my outfits. I have back problems but I do not experience ANY pain or discomfort. I wore these on vacation and walked 26 miles in them.
