Wendy Sox are the only shoes that I can wear the entire day. I have RA which causes my feet to swell as the day goes by. I also have a high instep which makes it really difficult to find shoes that fit properly and tight shoes cause my feet to swell even more. Wendy Sox fit nicely without being uncomfortably tight. These shoes are easy to wash. Just remove the insoles (prevents dirt from getting trapped under the insoles) and toss everything in the washer. Do Not Put Them In The Dryer!!! They will shrink! They air dry overnight. Size specific insoles are available directly through the Hey Dudes website and sometimes through Amazon. I only wish they were a bit more bouncy without adding too much bulk. I also purchased the Wendy Sox Rise, but had to give them to a friend because they were unbearably tight.

I wear flip flops for as long and often as the seasons and setting allows. Did I mention I live in Maine, and sadly flip flop season is not as long as one would like? So, I feel like I am always in a panic to find a closed toe shoe that I like to wear and is comfortable when I have too. This summer I saw my friend had a pair of Hey Dudes and I witnessed them slip off her feet with ease when she ditched them before getting on her boat. They caught my eye. After that, my husband bought a pair. I thought they looked great on him and he said they were comfortable. I ordered a pair a few weeks later. I wear a size 7.5-8 and ordered the 8. I love them. They are comfortable (I am a teacher and on my feet all day), easy to slip on and off, and I think they have a cool look to them. I am very happy with them. At first, I felt a little adjustment getting used to them, but now I can wear them all day and my feet still feel good at the end of the day. This is a perfect shoe to have in your footwear collection. I am very happy with my purchase and I would both recommend them- and buy again!

The shoes are great. I got the multicolor ones and they are super versatile and fun. They are comfy, but should have half sizes. I am a 7 1/2. The 8s were too big and the heels flopped off. The 7s are tight but fit better. (UPDATED BELOW) The issue is that I bought multiple sizes/styles because I am in between sizes and wanted to see how different ones looked. All of the shoes I purchased were listed with Free Returns. After selecting this shoe ultimately to keep, I organized a return for the remaining shoes. Some of them returned just fine through the typical UPS drop off. Three of them, however, required return shipping fees. After reaching out to the seller, they said that if you click into the additional return policy info, it says that there are return fees associated UNLESS it is an Amazon fulfillment mistake. First of all, this COMPLETELY negates what is said when hovering over the free returns, which states: "You can return this item for any reason: no shipping charges." Second, according to their chart, I should have been charged about $7 for my return. But this doesn't even make sense, because this has nothing to do with what USPS charges for shipping. I was charged $12 instead. Obviously, this isn't a huge amount of money, but it just seemed so deceitful. The seller was difficult to work with as I questioned their policy and ended up just stopping their response in our discussion. So beware if buying to try on with the intent of returning for free because it's messy. UPDATE: When they finally processed the return, which required me reaching out to them again, they ended up refunding the shipping, but not in a way that made sense. It seems like they just chose an arbitrary amount, but it did cover the shipping. So overall, it was just really confusing and I don't understand what happened, but we consider it resolved. I just wish the communication had been easier and that it could have all been explained when we first questioned the policy, because obviously I was pretty mad. (I edited out some of the anger I originally posted, too.) So just be prepared if you plan on returning. I do love my shoes though!

I love my 'Hey Dude's'. The only thing I would suggest is if you are a half size, size down. For example: I normally wear a 9 1/2, but 1/2 sizes are not a choice... Therefore, I went with the size 9... They stretched out the tiny bit I needed to make up for the 1/2 size. This is my fourth pair of Hey Dude's. I'm loving the different colors and styles.

Hey Dudes are my absolute favorite brand of shoes. No other shoe is as comfortable and light weight. So many different colors and patterns to choose from. I wouldn't recommend for heavy wet weather of course, since the are cloth like in material but definitely recommend overall.

This is my second pair of Hey Dudes took me a long time to find this color, and the fabric like linen I was looking for. I wear 7-1/2 and I ordered the 7. They fit good with a lot of room plenty wide enough and you can wear a light thin pair of socks or not. I think they run a little big so that's good. I know the other pair that I ordered I ordered an eight for the winter with a thick pair of socks and I think they'll be fine. But not wearing without the socks so I would say these run close to your foot size. If they're a little too wide you can just cut the string put another knot in it and that works good. My husband's had a pair for a year or so and they've held up well. Took a little while to get them because I think it was the last pair of these in a 7 I'm sure someone will have more. But they got them here quicker than what they said so I was very happy. My advice though is to look when you're ordering to make sure you not ordering the canvas ones I hate those they look cheap and wrinkly. Plus your feet can't breathe well.

Extremely comfortable. I bought these for a trip to a theme park as a plus sized individual. Good comfy shoes that you can wear all day and not hurt your feet are hard to find. This color goes with everything but I will definitely be buying another pair. I bought flat socks for the inside because I think they are better without socks but of course that’s up to opinion. Best part was these were very affordable. Now they are a staple in my footwear.
