After over a month of trying to exchange them and hearing little or nothing from them I was finally able to get a refund. I would never order them from the company again but my son really wanted the shoes. I decided to order them through Amazon. That way if I needed to return then I knew the customer service would be excellent. My son loves the shoes and I love Amazon so everyone was happy. My grandson complained that his feet were hurting while working as a part time stock boy. When I inquired as to what shoes he wears to work, it was his Hey Dudes. I bought him those shoes almost two years ago, 2 pairs in fact. He has been wearing them every single day. I explained how eventually no matter what brand he wears the foundation will break down. I bought a pair of these for my husband who has diabetes as a comfortable shoe. he sometimes experiences swelling in his feet. Sadly once his swelling goes down, the shoes don't shrink back down to size. These are a huge waste of money.

Love them. I was super hesitant on them because they don’t have half sizes. I ordered a men’s 11 and typically wear a 10.5 in most shoes. One of my feet are a little bigger than the other and the 11s are great. I tightened the cords a little by putting a knot at the end. Super comfortable and light weight. They do not provide a whole lot of actual arch support but they feel great. Can’t wait to get more colors.

A coworker of mine had bought these and I was instantly smitten. I purchased two pairs immediately and was delighted by the selection/price. When I received the shoes, they looked as great as they did in the photos. Unfortunately, my feet were too swelled/large for the size I purchased. If you have similar feet, maybe purchase a size larger, but ultimately I think they’re too narrow.
