These are very comfy, definitely sized as a normal shoe is. I think they are extremely functional and they are a bit stretchy so if you have wide feet these are great. I think they would last a long time as long as you don’t drag your feet when you walk. Comfier than crocs and way better looking!

I believe another reviewer for these shoes said that they feel like sweatpants for your feet. Can't recall if it was on amazon, but it was certainly an accurate statement. I like to wear flip flops in the summer when I run out to the car, or to the store for a quick errand. I've tried various slippers or slip on shoes as replacements for the colder months, but none of them really cut it. These shoes are perfect, even while its still warm out. Theyre very breathable, but I'm sure they'll be warm enough for quick outings in the winter - especially with thicker socks. They slide right on, and feel so loose/comfy! They do all of that while staying securely on your foot too. I'm the type of person to take my shoes off as soon as I'm in my house - purely for comfort reasons. With these, I tend to keep them on all day. The stretchyness of the fabric does allow your foot to slide off the sides of the sole at times, but this has been helpful to me. Ive been trying to correct my walking form from terrible heel striking, and these have helped me work towards that. Ive had them less than one week and can honestly say theyre one of the best shoes ive ever owned, and certainly the best in their 'category'. I wouldnt wear them for any long distance walking, certainly not for running or hiking, but theyre the perfect casual around the house/around town shoe. ... show more

    • Great Shoes For Around The House
This is my second pair of Hey Dude shoes and I wear them almost daily in and around the house. They have no vices: they are comfortable and sized correctly. They are extremely lightweight and slip on easily. I typically take off my street shoes when I come into the house and put these on, and for that they’re perfect. I got mine in slate, which is a nice tri-color scheme and they were comfortable right out of the box. The only reason I didn’t give them five stars is that if you walk a long distance in them their relative lack of support becomes apparent, which is the reason I rarely wear them out for the day. Hand down these have got to be some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. They are light and the sole is a dream to stand in for hours on end. They look great as well. If you are thinking about getting a pair know they run a little small. I usually wear between a 9.5 to 10 but in Hey Dudes I wear a 9. Not even close to being tight either.
