My wife had some hey dudes and told me how comfortable they were for her, so I decided to get me a pair. I found a color I liked and they were on sale. They are very light weight. Soft in the soles and the inserts. you can even order new insert from hey dudes. The feel is almost like walking barefoot, but not completely. I am a big guy (372# 6') and really like these shoes, so much I now have three pairs. I will say the if you are looking for a shoe with arch support that is not these shoes. I am not going to ware them out hiking, but to the store and to my work, that I will. They were everything that I expected them to be , so I am very happy.
