I bought these Hey Dudes for my husband as a birthday gift because he will not buy shoes and wear the same ones for years even if they are ripping apart. when he started wearing them he immediately started wearing them with no socks and he wears them everywhere since they look good in anything he wears and he says "why wear socks if they breath nice and they feel like nothing?" I cant even make this up hahaha. now I feel like I cant buy him anything else besides Hey Dudes now since he like how they are comfy, no tying since they don't have shoe laces and breath very well. I was scared at first since they are so light weight that they would be broken within a week but he has put some miles on them and gotten them dirty and the whole nine yards and they are holding up way better than expected. only con I had at the beginning was that they would get dirty quickly(and they do) but you can wash them easily and they dry out fast.

To start, everyone said they run small. I normally wear a 10 1/2, however, I still ordered a 10. They fit perfect! OMG these are so comfy. I’m already looking for my second pair. And for less than $40?? oh my kids shoes cost $300 plus. TIP: if you want them tighter, just shorten and cut one end of the lace. Then use a lighter on it to keep it from unraveling. (SEE 2nd PHOTO). I did it to both shoes on the inside laces.

I have some other Hey Dude shoes that I really like and bought these to be "house shoes". They are good shoes and are comfortable. Compared to my others, these are a stretchy type material and are quite comfortable. Been wearing them a lot and all is good. Also had a good price on Amazon compared to other places.

These were purchased for my son and they didn't last six months. We got them at the beginning of the school year and by Christmas break we were shoe shopping again. He still wears them as slippers from time to time but he hardly touches them anymore. He loved them when he got them but they just didn't hold up. Disappointing considering the cost of these things.

I love my hey dudes! When they arrived I was planning a trip to Disney world so I brought them along with me. I thought they were really comfortable throughout the day (6+hrs) my only complaint is that it was so hot outside and the bottoms are thin so there was a lot of heat that I could feel on the bottoms of my feet. I could probably remedy that by wearing thicker socks next time, but definitely something to keep in mind.
