I love Hey Dude shoes, they're lightweight, they're simple, they're slip on which is a personal favorite, they're excellent shoes for the money. I have quite a lot of praise for them BUT the huge drawback is that these specific ones have holes in the sole, I suspect just to make the shoes really light. These holes introduce a massive drawback: it lets water in. If you step in a puddle or on a wet patch of grass, your feet will be wet for quite a while, and these shoes aren't quick drying. Another issue is that pebbles of gravel or other objects can get stuck in those holes and if they're of sufficient size it makes it uncomfortable to walk in until removed. Otherwise, I love these shoes for running and wearing in the gym, at home, or on dry days. I personally am trying to get closer to barefoot running/hiking and these minimal shoes are helping me stop heel-stepping. ... show more

Took a chance on buying two pairs in different colors as Amazon had them on sale. These are true to size, at least they were for me and i have wide feet. Super comfy and they stretch for custom fit. They strangely do feel like wearing slippers as other reviewers have mentioned, but that is not a bad thing, just an observation. Super comfy and light shoe. These are the only shoes I’ve found that compare to the comfort and freedom of flip flops. I live in the desert so I prefer barefoot or flips year round, but these are amazing for the cold mornings we get in the winter. They are also fashionable enough for going out for the evening.
