Ordered this for my son, but I didn't notice the bottom of the shoe. The comfort is great but these are only good for dry ground. Found out by walking on wet ground that your feet will get wet from the bottom. So just be aware when ordering. Other than that, the shoe is great!

These are not waterproof as one would think by the style name of H2O. They are extremely comfortable, and have multiple holes on the bottoms for breathability. I purchased these for a 9 day cruise to the Mexican Riviera on carnival. I only wore these the entire cruise, whether i was on the ship or on the beach.
