We received this product that is supposed to be brand new. However, the bottom of the shoes are scuffed, look like someone wore them, and they were dirty on the bottom. That would be the only complaint that I have. The rest of the shoe was perfect and clean. Since we did not purchase these shoes "used" there was no reason there should have been dark dirt or worn in look on the bottom of the shoes. ... show more
