I fly with these most of the time. The drone does recognize that it is wearing them - just like it would the OEMs. They are easy to install and remove. Very solid. Pleasantly surprised.

I have crashed a drone before and broken the props which cost about the same price as this set of prop guards. After a flight with these, I'm happy I purchased. The added height from the extended legs is a huge bonus and they installed quickly. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is they need markings like "RL, RR, FL, FR" to show the exact location to be installed. They must be installed on the correct arms and this can take some trial and error. I wrote these markings on the guards so I can quickly install them next time. That said, I recommend them. They'll actually save you money and give you peace of mind.

I tried these for the first time on my Air 2S, wind 7 MPH gusting to 17. The drone nearly flew off because these bumpers made it so wobbly and unstable, and it couldn't deal with the wind. The drone smacked into the side of my house on the way back down, and now it's giving me an IMU error. On top of that, when I moved the gimbal above 0 degrees, these were clearly visible in the frame. I'm certified for Part 107 and this was a real disappointment.
