I purchased these for a Disco themed party, and I loved them! I accidentally bought a XXL and they were too big. Returned for the XL and they fit perfectly on my curvy figure while covering my belly. For reference, I usually wear a size L in dresses and skirts. The elastic waistband is not too tight and therefore doesn't cause a muffin top. As for the material - it is on the thinner side, but not see-through at all, and so shiny! I wore these soo many times during mardi gras. Returned the XL for a 2x.. In my opinion they run small and LONG (5’5). I cut about 5 inches off of them to get a good fit. Recieved MANY compliments!!

Pants are cute and pretty comfy but the pair I got arrived with massive, uneven slits cut into the side of each leg. Clearly someone did not look at the pants before re-selling them.
