I was ready to return this unopened after I read some reviews. I’m glad I didn’t. This is working great so far with the dimpled machine balls it recommends. We have it set in the 22’ batting tunnel and it works like a dream. Would I buy this for a high schooler looking for some serious practice? Probably not. It throws balls over the plate at variable speeds- exactly what my 10U needs. Maybe we just got lucky, but I’m quite happy with this little machine! ... show more

Broke in less than two weeks and didn’t even use it every day cheep don’t recommend buying this brand ever! returning within the Amazon return policy and getting a refund and will be buying from a different company that’s better made!!!😡

I highly recommend avoiding purchasing this machine. The description is wrong. It does not take softballs at all, well let me correct that . It will take them but throw them crazy and not in the strike zone . I contacted the seller only to find out that softballs with seams too high shouldn’t be used with this machine, this information isn’t in the details on amazon . It actually states it takes 11 inch softballs, but they were no help . Just spend the extra money and don’t waste yours on this product. ... show more

I am disappointed in this product. After much adjusting I finally got it over the plate only to hit the first batter in the ankle. Do not expect to get more than one or maybe two strikes in a row and expect balls to be thrown into the dirt or over the catcher. I was expecting something heavier duty than this for the price, but it is portable and easy to put together. ... show more

Not like advertised. I bought the recommended balls and there's no accuracy at all. No matter how you adjust it, it doesn't throw an accurate pitch. Save yourself some money and go with jugs or something more reliable. The speed is not as advertised either.
