The cart reflected it was a womens jacket but there was no way to correct it. I was hoping what I clicked would ship but unfortunately it did not. I purchased this jacket for my daughter who has to work outside testing for covid. The battery lasts the entire time she has to be out there keeping her core warm and the massaging feature helps keep her muscles from tightening up. We are very impressed so far!!!

The jacket is okay, but why label something a 3xl if its really just a large, POSSIBLY an XL? Just say it only goes up to a size large and leave it at that. Don't resize it to make it seem like grown men could actually wear it. Ordered a 3xl bc it says to size up, but even that was too small.

This is a very nice jacket. It’s not as heavy as a winter coat but waterproof on the outside and has a fleece lining on the inside. Very comfortable to wear. Comes with a battery pack that has 2 USB ports and a micro USB port. The battery only takes a couple hours to charge. My experience was that the battery didn’t last long on the first charge but maybe after many more uses it will lengthen battery life. But the coat itself heats up quickly and there are multiple settings. The massage function works well and also has multiple settings to choose from with different vibration patterns. The massage part feels mostly like vibration than a massage but still feels good. The settings are easy to change with the buttons on the outside of the jacket and change colors with each setting. You can definitely feel it in your neck area and lower back. I really like that there are inside straps to tighten the waist area of the coat on the inside so the massage area is tighter on your lower back and can feel it better. Overall it’s a very nice coat, really nice to have in cold weather, or especially for someone who has poor circulation, and amazing that there’s massage technology in a coat now!

As a heated jacket it does exactly as you would expect it to. Heats up nicely but not too hot, and is extremely straight forward to use. The fact that it runs on an external battery pack makes it easy to recharge or replace. The massage feature seemed interesting but after using it I wouldn't say its a selling point for me. I would have to say my only problem with the jacket comes from how it fits. I am about 5'11" and the sleeves are just about 1-2 in too short for my arms, also it seems a bit large around my waist but not a big deal because of the drawstring on the bottom. Overall it seems like a well made jacket, it could just fit slightly better

This coat is absolutely perfect for anyone who spends a lot of time outside. The battery charges quickly and lasts a decent amount of time, considering the functions it provides. It heats up quickly and feels so good on. The massage feature it amazing. This coat makes you want to cuddle up and take a nap!! It would be great for hunting, ice fishing, snowmobiling, shoveling, working in the garage etc!

It fits weird.. so the heated areas don’t actually hit my body. As well as, the battery doesn’t last very long.. needing to keep recharging the battery.
