I love these scrub pants, I wear an XL and some days I wear an 2x. They are comfy, not tight, love the waistband. I wish it had a tie string that would make it even better but these are worth the money. I prefer these over fancy fabletic scrubs. I have an apron belly, it works perfect for me.

I am a travel nurse and routinely have to buy a new color of scrubs depending on my assignments. I tried the Healing Hands Purple Label Yoga scrubs at the beginning of the year, and they are the only brand I wear now. This brand does run just a little small, but once you find the right fit, you will be amazed at the comfortable feel throughout your shift. My weight fluctuates a little depending on how walkable and healthy the city I end up in is, and this scrubs fit comfortably with my weight shifts. I also have never had any issues with them pilling in the inner thigh area, which some other scrubs do. The feel of the material is soft, almost silky, and they are very breathable. I started a new job and needed black scrub pants asap. My normal favorite, med couture, was out of my size so I tried these as they seemed similar. The fabric is interesting, it seems to be fairly water resistant although I haven't tried yet. It does make a swishing sound when I walk (thanks to the thunder thighs) which I don't love. It doesn't have much stretch at all, but doesn't feel like the seams will rip when I'm squatting or bending. The waistband is comfortable when standing, but rolls down as soon as I bend, squat, or really move in any significant way. I'm not a huge fan so far although it may be my belly/ apple shape that is the problem. I'm currently a 16/18 in most jeans but wear a large in leggings etc. I bought these in an xl and I'm pushing the limits of that size, but a xxl would be falling off my waist, there is no drawstring. The rise in back is too short and I'm not overly "gifted" in the back side, so I had to make sure to wear a cami to cover any oopses. I don't like wearing extra clothing at work if not entirely necessary, I get way too hot when I'm busy. Overall they are decent but not worth the price. They will fit some people fine, but if you have a larger belly or booty these won't be comfortable in a busy work setting. I'm 200lb and 5'2", so finding scrubs that fit both lengthwise and widthwise is hard. My fiance got me a pair of these for Valentine's day, and I'm OBSESSED. They fit wonderfully, maybe just a bit long (which any other scrubs would be the same way). The color selection is great, material quality is solid, and I feel like these will likely last up to my thunder thighs too in a way that many other brands have failed.
