I'm a short-waisted 5'4" and ordered the petite length; they are still just a tiny bit too long. Not long enough to drag on the ground, so I think I'll just wash and dry them a few times and see if that takes care of the length for me. I suspect they won't shrink too much based on the fabric type, though, but it would be easy to hem them later if I want to. I've found the waistband to be very comfortable and stays up fine. We're allowed to wear any solid color of scrubs at my clinic, and Healing Hands has a great range of colors both bright and subdued. Whenever I have to spend money on new scrubs in the future, HH will always be my first choice!

I am 5’1 and weight 160 lb I got the Medium petite and it felt a little wide. Definitely really nice quality. Will be ordering a different size for a more fitted look they do have a lot of stretch .
