I'm 5'7" and 209 lbs . I got a XL Tall and it was loose fitting but very comfortable probably best for when your feeling bloated or kn your period. Had they fit : I would have loved them. Large is “large”. (Don’t use size chart) I wear a large in HH and they are relaxed,not big,baggy or messy) This style definitely needed a medium . The white was not see through . The yoga band seemed comfy but again they were too large to tell . I tried on and took off. I’d repurchase at a smaller size. If you’re between a med/large.
