These scrub pants fit very well, tts. They are made of a nice material but there is no drawstring if you are looking for one. It feels like a legging waistband with top band (comfortable IMO). I’ve bought several of these in the past they just don’t hold up long term for girls with thick thighs.

These are super comfy and actually long enough. I love the high waist that they have so that things don’t show when you squat down. I am hard to fit when it comes to pants in general as I have no backside to hold them up. I am very pleased with these.
