Love this shirt. The fabric is very nice, has just a bit of weight to it. Not overly warm, it feels more expensive than some underlayer shirts. I bought it to wear under other tops. I am not a nurse, but decided I would try this brand. This shirt would function fine as an under layer or a tee to wear by itself. I am about 5’4, 200 lbs. I bought the 2x and it fits perfectly without being tight. The length is nice, it doesn’t ride up. The sleeves don’t feel tight, I can push them up and they stay.
