I’m 5”8’ and 160 lbs, and normally wear a size L. I ordered these in size LT because I need tall length, and they fit little bigger than expected. I could probably wear size M. I really like the material and overall quality, and the back pockets are must have for me, so I love that these pants have them! My only complaint is that there is no drawstring at the waist. I found myself constantly pulling the pants up throughout my shift. That said, I still really recommend these pants.
