I got this to wear under my scrubs at the hospital. I liked the thumb holes as I have a tendency to pull my sleeves down when my hands get cold. They are basically invisible when you aren't using them. Based on the size chart, I ordered a large instead of my usual medium for tops. It is still wearable, both under scrubs and on its own but it is definitely loose and the neckline is wide enough that my sports bra straps kept peeking out. I will buy again in a medium as it is very comfortable and a nice weight that didn't have me overheating. For reference, my measurements are 40" bust, 34" waist, 44" hips. ... show more
