These scrub pant have a stretchy waist that doesn't roll, fall or ride up. They are made very well and have great quality. The material stretches, so don't worry about the seems splitting, unless you like them 2 sizes too small for you. Even then the material stretches so you may not have any concerns. The Healing hands purple label is their top of the line and it's easy to say why if you purchased another line from this company. I can't say anything bad about them. They are a good value, have a yoga waist and fit like a yoga pant but I get them a size bigger due to this. The material doesnt pill up. The stitching is quality and the color never gades. These scrub pants are incredibly comfortable—the fabric is soft, breathable, and perfect for long shifts. The waistband is stretchy without digging in, and the pockets are super functional. However, as someone who is 5 feet tall, the fit isn’t ideal. They’re quite baggy and far too long, even in the petite sizing, which makes them feel a bit unpolished. ... show more

These scrub pants run big! Also, they dont have a drawstring and the fabric arount the waist gets looser as your body gets warmer. I find myself having to pull up these scrub pants too often....and as someone who scrubs into surgery....cant have my pants falling down. Overall I like the scrub pants....but had to purchase a hoodie string replacement kit to install a drawstring in these scrub pants. ... show more
