These scrub pant have a stretchy waist that doesn't roll, fall or ride up. They are made very well and have great quality. The material stretches, so don't worry about the seems splitting, unless you like them 2 sizes too small for you. Even then the material stretches so you may not have any concerns. The Healing hands purple label is their top of the line and it's easy to say why if you purchased another line from this company. I can't say anything bad about them. They are a good value, have a yoga waist and fit like a yoga pant but I get them a size bigger due to this. The material doesnt pill up. The stitching is quality and the color never gades. I will continue to purchase this line for many years.

I initially bought a size small regular (based off some other medium tall Healing Heart scrubs that were too long and too big in the waist), but those were short on my 5'8.5" frame. Third time is a charm and I finally got these (small, tall) that fit correct. They are incredibly comfortable. The pockets fit everything I need throughout the day and I can even wear one of my work t-shirts without missing my scrub top pockets! I took off one star because I wish these had a drawstring. I'm not a small in anything, yet the waist is a tad too big. I'm curvy, so it fits in the butt/thighs, but is a bit loose in the waist (as are 99% of the pants I own)

Love these pants! Very comfortable even until the last week of my pregnancy AND they have enough of a “waist” so that I can wear them postpartum as I return to work. It can be so hard to find good pregnancy & postpartum scrubs and these are my favorites by far.

These scrub pants run big! Also, they dont have a drawstring and the fabric arount the waist gets looser as your body gets warmer. I find myself having to pull up these scrub pants too often....and as someone who scrubs into surgery....cant have my pants falling down. Overall I like the scrub pants....but had to purchase a hoodie string replacement kit to install a drawstring in these scrub pants.
