This is great under my scrubs. My only thing is that it's too long in the back. It's longer than my scrubs top. Not really that big of a deal as I just tuck it in. They are soft, sleeves are nice and long, and it washes very well. I bought 2 more I was so happy.

I typically wear a S in tops but sometimes prefer M if it isn’t a stretchy top (34DD/29 in waist) or XS for a snug fit when the fabric stretches. I ordered the wine color in S and the teal color in XS. The top is fabulously stretchy, the material is lightweight but not paper thin. I like the way the snug fit of the XS looks, but I found the slightly roomier yet still “fitted” fit of the S to be the one I’d prefer to sleep in - the one I ultimately prefer for comfort and have since ordered in more colors - because it hugs my body where it should without being too snug and huggy. I am not a medical professional but I live in cold Vermont where I need long sleeve t-shirts that are flattering, versatile and cozy. I’m on zoom calls all day for my work as the executive director of a municipal utility company and I need to look pulled together, worker-y, and neat, but not overly formal in this rural professional community. As needed I can pull a blazer or sweater vest or cardigan sweater over this, or I could wear it alone for a casual athletic look. I also teach yoga and found this to be nice to teach yoga in, as sometimes the windowed second floor studio of the old brick high school where I teach can be a tad bit chilly, and it’s good to be warm while practicing yoga. Because I’m a yogi, I have low tolerance for any clothes, including professional clothes, that restrict my movement. To stay optimally functional all day and all night at my job, I need to be able to take a quick walk or bust out a few poses or clean the house for five minutes between calls without needing to change my wardrobe. Under-scrubs are made for an active life, they’re comfortable and perfect for active busy women who go between various functions and don’t want to feel restricted in movement. And they look good, which we know is critical. I imagine many professions could wear this versatile top.

The royal blue scrub under shirt is very comfy and keeps me warm during my 12 hour shift in the cold hospital. I bought 3 of it so I can cycle them. I love that it extends to the palm with a hole for the thumb.
