These are great jeans and are really in style, cute and are well made. However, I had to return the original ones I ordered and size up because I'm so used to jeans having a little stretch in them -- and these have none. And if they shrink, well....not good. So the overall fit was actually great except for the waist. Since most of the time you'll want to tuck shirts and sweaters into these, definitely pay attention to those waist sizes in the guidelines and give yourself an inch or two of extra room for "tuck-in" space. From what I can tell, the measurements are accurate, so be sure to measure yourself before ordering and maybe size up if needed. Got the next size up pair on order now and cannot wait for them to arrive so i can begin wearing them. Gotta say though, that most of the time I'm a size 10 or a 12, so to have to order an XL to get them to fit was kind of a shock. I'm 5'6" and about 150 lbs., so not generally an XL. ... show more

Great jeans! I’m 5’1” 145lbs so a little stocky, and bought a medium. I thought the waist fit was a tad small but once I wore them a while, it relaxed a little and now fits well - though I probably won’t run them through the drier in case they shrink. I love the high waisted style - the loops are large enough to fit a nice belt and ALL pockets are actually pockets ☺️ I have to hem them a little since jeans are usually long on me which I don’t mind. I like how you can get a more loose flaired end at the bottom or cuff them for a more tapered look (see images). I appreciate the looseness of the legs while still making my behind look good and not frumpy. Just know that these don’t have any stretch to them, and if you have lower belly fat like me, this won’t do a great job of flattening/hiding it. ... show more

The quality of the material is actually great, but the waist was tight whereas more than enough room if not too much everywhere else, and there was a weird bulge right about the butt of the jeans. I love these jeans. I have gotten to the point where they are the only ones I actually enjoy wearing anymore. They are super flattering with a tiny shirt or a large oversize T-shirt. They look good with sneakers or clogs or sandals or boots or any shoes you can think of. And they are not tight or uncomfortable in any areas. I only own them in black, but I hope to get more colors eventually because they are amazing. I am 5’7 and typically it is difficult for me to find jeans that are long enough online. I took the pants for my trip to Japan, while I love the fabric feels and also main reason why I bought the pairs, because I like how soft it feels. However the inseam has some sharp stitching which makes it very irritating when you do long walks. I ended up with some skin abrasions after using it the whole day. I'm pear shaped. Hips and butt. Large was snug on my hips. 5'2 144 lbs. Length is perfect if I wear heels. Debating if I should of gone large. I'm afraid if I wash them will shrink.65% cotton. Hmmm. What shall I do?
