Yes, it is $20 delivery charge, but it’s still worth the cost. It arrived within a week, in good condition and it’s still less expensive than a proper sewing dress form. So, that $20 delivery is nothing I can complain about. I’d order it again, if I need more.

I hate saying negative things about products however this was really bad......didn't receive the pole to attach thr top to the bottom the top peice is glued on the Styrofoam is crumbling I had to use it jn a show because I didn't have time to return it is barly held together and I ended up having to kinda fix it ....... I do not recommend this at all especially the price and shipping not worth it I could have had free shipping on a better one and paid the same .....

I wish I had spent a little bit more and gotten a better one. I also didn’t realize that it is lopsided. It’s not an accident. I’m not sure why it’s like that, but it isn’t the best when you’re taking pictures of clothes to sell. And it is too big for my size 2, and some small size 4 dresses I tried to put on it. Also, the stand is very cheap and if you move it around a lot the stand may fall apart. My husband had to rig it with screws to make it stay together so I could move it around. But it looks nice with the cloth covering.
