I ordered these shoes for my wife for work. She is a full-time medical nurse at an assisted living/retirement home. She is on her feet for 12 to 16 hours a day and goes through shoes like crazy. We have not had these long, but I wanted to get a review out there quickly in case anyone is considering these shoes. First of all, I have ordered shoes from this company before for myself as I have a hard time finding shoes that I like and fit my size 14 feet. This company seems to specialize in large sizes. I was very surprised to see them advertising these smaller sizes for nurses. As I think they make very good shoes at a reasonable price I thought I would order these for my wife. Sizing is accurate to what you might expect from other name brand shoes. But one thing that I did not realize is that these style of shoes will stretch and become loose rather quickly. This is not a flaw in the shoe it is simply a characteristic of the rubberized silicone like material that the shoes are made of. So, if you are considering these shoes keep that in mind. My wife normally wears a 6 1/2 , but they did not have half sizes available when I ordered these, so I opted for a size 7 and it was a little loose after stretching. I should have ordered the size six. As far as the shoes go my wife absolutely loves them. She says they are the most comfortable shoes she has worn in a long time. She just completed a 16 hour shift and aside from the shoes stretching and becoming loose she had nothing but good things to say about her experience with them. Also, these shoes were good for the rain that we just had and she did not slip or feel unsure when they got wet. Bottom line.. These are great shoes. Very comfortable and slip resistant. We definitely recommend these shoes for nurses, just keep in mind that they may stretch after the first time wearing them. Still good shoes..... ... show more

I am reviewing a pair of Hawkwell slip-on clogs designed for members of the medical community who work long hours on their feet. The color is blue with a floral pattern. My size is 8.5 to 9 medium, or an EU 39-40. I ordered a size 9. The toe box is roomy. The fit is good with some slippage at the heels that does not bother me as it makes the clogs easy to slip on. The arch support is excellent. I have balance and stability when I wear the clogs. I wear the clogs inside the house and outside for chores. I don't wear the clogs for the daily fitness walk. If I wake up during the night, I slip my feet into these clogs because of the balance and stability they give me, versus slippers or sandals. I wear thin socks with the clogs, which makes it easy to slip my feet into the shoes. The flower pattern puts a smile on my face. The clogs style well with any solid color bottom that I wear. The clogs are lightweight, strong, sturdy and durable. They are comfortable on the feet and are of excellent quality and value. I give the clogs two thumbs up. ... show more

These shoes ended up being way more comfortable than I expected, especially for 12‑hour shifts. The material feels durable without being stiff, and the insert is a nice touch because it lets you adjust the fit depending on your foot width or how much cushioning you want. I was a little worried they’d feel loose at first, but once you’re a few hours into your shift and your feet start to swell, they settle in perfectly. They’ve already gotten attention at work — a couple coworkers have asked about them and are thinking about ordering a pair. If you’re on your feet all day, these are definitely worth trying. The only thing I’m unsure about is how they’ll hold up once they start to stretch out. I do wish they came in half sizes, because the size 8 feels a bit roomier than I’m used to, but I’m not confident a 7 would fit since I normally fall between 7.5 and 8. If you’re in the same situation, I’d recommend ordering two sizes to see which one works better. ... show more

really wanted to love these shoes, but the fit just didn’t work for me. They run a bit big, so I added the extra cushion for a better fit—which helped at first—but then they ended up feeling too tight. For standing in one place most of the day, they were okay and didn’t cause major issues. However, when it came to consistent movement, they weren’t comfortable. The shoes rubbed on the top and sides of my feet, which led to soreness even after I removed the extra cushion to loosen them up. I have been using these slip-in shoes for gardening, and I love them so much! They are a fun color for summer, and I love the print as well. They are incredibly comfortable, I can wear them for hours at a time and my feet don't get sore. I love the fact that they are waterproof, so I can just spray them off if they get muddy from the garden. They are incredibly lightweight, while also being durable.
