These roses were received on time. Product was vacuum packed and upon arrival almost flat but with some gentle squeezing and turning back the outer petals a bit, they were really beautiful. I used these to make flower pens as party favors for a Quinceañera. The flowers were dressed with a small simple thank you note and distributed to guests with a verbal invitation to sign the guestbook. The guestbook also had red roses on it (also purchased on Amazon). :)

These roses are of course not real. But the flowers at least look rather real even reasonably close up, in my opinion. See the two flower photos below. * The stems (green-plastic-coated steel wire) and plastic leaves look less real than the silk flowers, but from a few feet away the silk flowers strongly dominate and the artificiality of the stems and leaves seem not very noticeable, in my opinion. For the purpose of creating beauty in the center of my dining room table, I give these roses five stars. _____________________________ * NOTE: Regarding the flower arrangement in those photos, I did the following: 1) cut approximately 4" off each stem, 2) drilled 5/8" holes in two plastic lids to center the flowers in my vase (in my case, a brown spray-paint can lid was perfect at top), and 3) added a tiny bit of dried moss to hide the top lid. Cutting the stems uniform lengths — using a heavy-duty diagonal wire cutter — was quick and easy. The plastic stems are notched at one inch intervals, so no measurements were necessary. See the third photo below.
