My boyfriend retired from the Navy and didn’t want a ceremony or anything big, but I had to do something small to acknowledge his accomplishment because retiring after 20 years at age 38 is a big deal! I purchased these balloons and took them to Party City where I added a retirement balloon and some latex balloons to the bunch (they filled up the Navy ones for a small fee). I thought that the Navy balloons were perfect and really personalized the bunch for my boyfriend who I kept them as a surprise for. They were great quality, and I would definitely buy them again.

Bought these for 15 dollars was so happy that they came next day, needed them for a boot camp going away / birthday party for my son. Was so disappointed because by the time i paid 5 dollars per ballon to have blown up with helium, they did not hold the helium. Thought it was because it wasn’t sealed properly by the store . So i went back and had them reinflated them again and same thing happened. Not sure what went on , i see reviews are pretty good. Too expensive to try this company again for just incase.
