Do not buy. The picture is absolutely terrible, looks like a cheap, grainy photo and not a drawing at all. Do not waste your money with this purchase. I would give 0 stars if I could. Can’t even return it. Would have done a better job myself with Canva

Haus and Hues really did an excellent job with communication and making sure the photo was to my liking. The photo of my puppy, Nala is beautiful. It arrived a little early and in a sturdy box that kept my frame and photo safe. I liked it so much that I just ordered a photo of my son’s and his girlfriend’s kittens. I was nervous about this purchase because I had no idea how it would turn out, and although it’s not what I expected, I absolutely love it! The photo I selected did not match the style of the pieces they have on display as I was hoping to get a portrait of her lying down at the bottom of the picture with a lot of empty space between her and her name. This is how I had arranged the piece using their preview tool, which as you can see was not how it came out. Additionally, there was some discoloration on her purple collar which came out blue, but I feel it’s hard to be upset with something so beautiful. I’m not the type to settle for something if I don’t feel it’s perfect, or at least exactly what I’d hoped, but this won me over as soon as I put it up. This is the 12x16 size, and to save some money, I bought a frame from a different vendor on Amazon. They delivered a few days ahead of schedule too, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend ordering this product. Thanks!

I ordered this for my fiancé. We (I) got an elderly chihuahua, and I wanted something memorable for him. It did the job 100%. I love the paint brush look; it looks like a painting. It's so cute.

The portrait’s not bad… but not what I expected. The very first thing I noticed is that the photo is blurry. There’s no crisp outline of the dog and even her eyes are kinda hazy…. So my first thought is that they just erased the background of the photo with an editing software then added an animated filter and texturized it… which isn’t a bad concept to sell but I’m just not a 100% big fan of how the photo or the quality turned out. The second thing I noticed is that the frame uses a plastic front (with blurry tint), and NOT glass. It was a little disappointing especially since it arrived with scratches on the plastic. Overall, I was originally super excited for this portrait. I wish I could say I love how it turned out BUT unfortunately the quality/style is just not to my liking. It’s still a pretty cool portrait so I’m giving it 3 stars.
