This plate is light and sturdy. The stain isn’t perfect with some blemishes but you could always use a furniture stain pen to cover up the imperfections.

I would have given 5 stars but the finish is a little rough on the one I received. Overall, this is a good looking and decorative wooden tray that can be used in many different ways. I’ll probably take some sandpaper and smooth the surface out a little which I believe will make it even more attractive. Good value

It’s a nice wood tray, but not perfect. With wood you expect some imperfections, usually in the grain & such. These imperfections are luckily in the center & not around the edges. There is what looks like gouges & some lines (see photos). As I will putting things in the center, I can live with these. I like the color of the finish. It is a light wood, not overly heavy duty, but for decor it adds to a natural look. I like wood & stone, so this fits well in my home. Nice decor, but has some imperfections. If that adds character for you, you will like it. If you want it perfect, skip it.

I really like this tray, I have used it as a base for my flower vase and also to place candles on and other decor. It is not very heavy, which I like since I am putting things on/in it and then it is not difficult to move off the table when we are eating. It is big enough to put a 3-wick candle on plus some other small decorations if wanted, but I actually like the simplicity of just a candle or vase- it dresses the vase or candle up just a bit and makes things look more intentional. It has that rustic worn look but is not rough to the touch and does not have splinters, despite looking like it might. It's great as a centerpiece that you can customize, but could easily put this on a larger bathroom vanity with little jars and a candle, or a coffee table, bedroom, etc depending on where you want to use it. Not sure how it would tolerate the humidity of a bathroom but as long as you have good ventilation I think it would be fine. Nice product, I love it.

I have been looking for a versatile tray to place on my dining room table, to hold keys, glasses, and my phone by the front door. This beautiful and versatile tray hit the spot! Just what I needed. It is lightweight, has a beautiful grain, and just the perfect size to use as a "catch all" for my various items. I lined it with a linen so my phone and glasses would have a soft resting place. Super easy to wipe clean, and a nice not too big, not too small size. I highly recommend this handy and versatile tray.

Presenting my Vine review of Hatway Wooden Decorative Tray Candle Holder Round Wood Tray Home Decor,Centerpieces Plates for Table centerpieces for CoffeeTable,Christmas Decor. The tray is lightweight wood but looks very substantial with its thick raised edge border. The border outer rim secures the items you display from sliding off the tray when moved. This tray has a rustic appearance but the imperfections are stained over giving it a handmade feel and look. This tray is perfect to use year round and especially nice to display seasonal items and am using it as pictured with the pumpkins on my coffee table for the fall season . Will change out for decor for the seasons year round. You could also flip the tray over and use the flat bottom side as an elevated display stand. Recommend this for yourself or as a gift as a great value compared to other wood decor display items.
